Navigate to the folder where all the CLI goodies are and the, and HOLD SHIFT and RIGHT CLICK anywhere in the background of the folder. Click 'Open command window here'.

now it will ask you to install the profile on your phone, install it and leave the password field blank, now click NEXT at the top of your devices screen and it should take you back to all your installed profiles

NOW leave your device plugged in and go to settings then turn VPN ON, it will give you an error, just leave it and then it will automatically reboot. now go find A5 powered cydia
